We are looking for a Senior Specialist / Lead – Learning & Growth (UAEN) to drive the execution of our learning, capability development, and performance management initiatives.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape learning experiences, strengthen workforce capability, and contribute to organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Learning & Development
- Execute and manage end-to-end learning and development programs across the organization
- Coordinate training initiatives including leadership development, technical programs, and workshops
- Manage logistics such as scheduling, vendor coordination, communications, and materials
- Monitor participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness
- Maintain and manage the annual learning calendar
Capability Development
- Support the development of capability frameworks and structured learning journeys
- Identify capability gaps using performance data and stakeholder inputs
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design targeted development interventions
Digital Learning & Content
- Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, and toolkits
- Support digital learning initiatives including e-learning, microlearning, and blended programs
- Leverage AI tools and learning technologies to enhance delivery and learner experience
Learning Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze learning metrics such as participation, completion, and impact
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management insights
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of learning activities
Performance Management
- Support performance cycles including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews
- Analyze performance data to identify development needs
- Track and support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders
- Support managers in implementing learning initiatives within their teams
- Ensure effective communication of learning programs across the organization
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR
- Strong experience in coordinating and executing L&D programs
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in capability frameworks and learning journey design
- Exposure to performance management processes
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and AI-enabled solutions
