King's College Hospital London - UAE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Specialist in Learning & Development (Soft Skills) to champion professional growth and cultivate a culture of excellence across our organization.

Responsibilities

About the Role: As a Senior Specialist, you will lead the design and delivery of impactful soft skills training programs that support career development, enhance team collaboration, and improve patient-centered care. Your initiatives will shape the behaviors and mindset that elevate our workforce-ensuring that every interaction reflects compassion, clarity, and confidence.

• Develop and implement soft skills learning strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Facilitate engaging workshops and coaching sessions in communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored solutions
• Monitor training outcomes and continuously improve learning programs
• Stay updated on L&D best practices, technologies, and trends

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Education, Psychology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in L&D, with a focus on soft skills development
• Proven expertise in instructional design and facilitation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience within healthcare or hospital settings is a plus
