About the Role
The Senior Specialist of Paper Solutions will oversee key areas of strategy, operations, inventory management and sourcing. You’ll drive growth in our paper product lines, logistics, inventory management system, and lead projects that improve efficiency across the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving problems, optimizing performance, and working with people across different teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our paper solutions.

· Ensure seamless operation and order management.

· Lead projects that enhance efficiency and support process changes.

· Use data and reporting to guide decisions and measure performance.

· Partner with suppliers to resolve issues and improve service.

· Champion innovation and help teams adapt to new products and systems.

Qualifications

· 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or operations (paper industry preferred).

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA a plus.

· Strong analytical and project management skills.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

· Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
