JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading complex procurement activities, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring sourcing decisions are aligned with category strategies and corporate governance. Acts as deputy to the Lead Procurement, preparing for future leadership responsibilities.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Execute and oversee sourcing activities for strategic and high-value categories.

Manage end-to-end procurement cycle for complex RFPs (from PR to PO), ensuring compliance with policy.

Lead supplier negotiations, focusing on cost savings, quality, and delivery performance.

Ensure supplier contractual obligations are met; monitor and report on supplier SLAs and KPIs.

Contribute to procurement planning, spend analysis, and development of category strategies.

Mentor and support Specialists and Junior Specialists in procurement activities.

Act as delegate of Lead Procurement in their absence, representing procurement in cross-functional forums.

Contribute to annual budgeting and savings delivery tracking.

Identify process improvement opportunities in procurement operations, tools, and reporting.

Support implementation of digital procurement tools and data-driven decision-making.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Telecommunications, or Business Administration.

Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPS, ISM) preferred.
B. Minimum Experience:
6-8 years of relevant procurement experience related to the technical/engineering part (equipment and services), including at least 2 years in a Specialist role.
