QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• BS or MS in related technical field
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Business Analysis processes (3+ years)
• Experience in projects within the telecommunications sector (e.g., CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, Billing, OSS/BSS systems)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English in order to communicate with both external and internal foreign project stakeholders
• Monitoring, analyzing the requirements of the customers and translating them to the technical team with the corresponding documentation.
• Experience in testing software applications and preparing documentation using corporate standards (e.g., WIKI and JIRA)
• Conducting analysis and requirement workshops with customers and stakeholders
• Designing and building efficient and scalable system solutions
• Acting as a technical bridge between external and internal teams
• Gathering requirements and feedback from customer to build or to improve the system
• Documenting outputs of analysis and design phases and supporting test outputs
• Contributing and supporting through all SDLC phases
• Proficiency in UML, Activity, and Sequence Diagrams
• Skilled in using SOAPUI and Postman for service testing
• Web service experience is a plus
• Broad knowledge of TM-Forum standards and its frameworks will be a plus.
• A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong and analytical to produce effective, systematic and innovative solutions focused on customer satisfaction,
• A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Easily adaptable to changing conditions and demands,
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and processes
• Helpful, humble and self-motivated when necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working as a member on an Agile team
• Participate in the Integration & Order Management project
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements
• Ensure that solutions meet business objectives and align with the overall system architecture

Location : While the position is based in Ankara , candidates located in Istanbul (Davutpaşa) or Izmir (İYTE) may also be considered.
