Senior Sports Facility Manager

About the Role: Kuwait City is known for its growing luxury sports and leisure sector, and at Mon Academie OPP Golf Institute, we apply that same standard to elite sports facility management. We operate a premium golf training and performance academy focused on high quality athlete development, world class facilities, and professional client experience. We are looking for a Senior Sports Facility Manager (m f d) who can take full ownership of daily operations, facility standards, and service excellence. You are not just managing infrastructure, you are shaping the experience of athletes, members, and guests across the entire facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of sports and golf training facilities ensuring smooth scheduling, safety compliance, and high service standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise operational staff including coaches support teams maintenance and guest services personnel.
Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure all facilities meet international safety hygiene and operational standards at all times.
Client Experience Management: Maintain a premium experience for athletes members and visiting guests ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Vendor and Maintenance Oversight: Manage external service providers equipment maintenance and facility upgrades.
Performance Reporting: Track operational KPIs and report facility performance and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 plus years in sports facility management hospitality operations or large scale recreational or training centers with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of facility workflows staffing and service delivery systems.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams in a structured performance driven environment.
Problem Solving: Ability to respond quickly to operational issues and maintain service continuity.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
Mindset: Highly organized detail oriented and committed to delivering premium level service standards.

Pay: KD1,750.000 - KD2,350.000 per month
