Senior Staff Nurse

A staff nurse (Male) provides direct patient care, which includes assessing health, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions. Key duties involve maintaining patient records, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Staff nurses also educate patients and their families about illnesses and recovery, and may supervise other staff. Core responsibilities

• Patient care: Provide direct care by assessing patient health, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Care planning: Develop and implement patient care plans in coordination with other healthcare professionals.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Patient and family education: Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions and post-treatment recovery.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure coordinated and optimal patient outcomes.
• Equipment and procedures: Operate and monitor medical equipment, and assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
• Supervision: May oversee and guide the work of less experienced nursing staff or students.
• ESI- Arrange All patients for hospital and dispensary coordination.
