Senior Steel Structural Production Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Steel Structural Production Engineer to lead and manage production activities within our steel fabrication unit. The candidate will ensure efficient production planning, quality control, and timely delivery of steel structural projects.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Oversee daily production operations in the steel structural fabrication unit.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and project teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Prepare production reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering.
• Necessary attested educational/engineering certification – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in steel structural production and fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and industry standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving license - Preferred.
