Senior Store Keeper

Job Title: Senior Storekeeper – Food & Beverage (Cinema Background Preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Storekeeper to oversee and manage all food & beverage stock operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, supplier coordination, and food safety standards, preferably within the cinema or entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control daily store operations to ensure accurate stock handling and zero stock discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing items, ensuring no shortages, no run-outs, and no expired products.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast requirements based on consumption trends.
• Ensure all food & beverage items are stored under proper hygiene and safety conditions in line with Food Safety Standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and finance teams to maintain efficient stock flow.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in F&B operations.
• Cinema or entertainment industry background is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP / ISO 22000 preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
