Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager/ Senior Fashion Consultant who understands that confidence begins with the right style. In this role, you will guide customers to express their individuality through fashion, inspire them with the latest trends, and help them feel their best every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert fashion advice and personalized styling solutions
• Stay updated with current trends and share insights to inspire customers
• Maintain an appealing and organized store environment
• Drive sales and achieve set targets through customer-focused service
• Mentor junior staff and encourage a positive, growth-oriented team culture
• Manage inventory and ensure the store reflects the EMERGE brand image

Experience Required:
6months – 1 years in fashion retail, with strong customer interaction skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
