We are looking for a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can drive operational performance and execute business priorities across multiple departments. You will not simply oversee workflows; you will influence company direction, improve efficiency, and help leadership translate strategic goals into measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, client delivery, finance, and internal business functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution:
Support the implementation of company goals by translating business priorities into operational plans, measurable objectives, and execution frameworks.

Operational Excellence:
Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and improve internal processes to maximize productivity, service quality, and organizational performance.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor department managers and cross-functional teams. Encourage accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across operations.

Performance Management:
Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, cost optimization, and business performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with internal leadership, external clients, and department heads to ensure business priorities remain aligned with operational delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business management, or organizational leadership, with at least 2–3 years in a senior management or leadership role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong experience leading teams, improving business operations, and driving measurable organizational outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of operational planning, business performance metrics, budgeting, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.

Language Skills:
Professional English communication is required. Arabic communication skills are considered an advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.

Mindset:
You are analytical, execution-focused, and solutions-driven. You understand how to balance long-term business priorities with day-to-day operational realities and know when to optimize, delegate, and move quickly.

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼28,000.00 per month
