Senior Strategy and Performance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Strategy and Performance Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of business performance frameworks, operational strategy, and internal optimization. You are not just reporting numbers; you are shaping how the organization performs, scales, and improves.

You will work closely with senior leadership, turning complex operational data into clear strategic direction. You will lead performance initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment between business goals, execution, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Strategy: Develop and implement company-wide performance frameworks and KPIs aligned with business objectives.

Operational Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across departments and design structured improvement plans.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the creation of executive level reports and dashboards for leadership decision making.

Cross Functional Leadership: Coordinate with operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals.

Stakeholder Communication: Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and external partners.

Process Improvement: Continuously refine internal processes to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 6 plus years in strategy, business performance, operations management, or consulting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA is an advantage.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, build reports, and translate insights into action plans.

Leadership: Experience managing cross functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Mindset: Structured thinker, highly analytical, and execution focused with strong attention to detail.

Pay: KD1,700.000 - KD2,400.000 per month
