Senior Strategy and Transformation Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Strategy and Transformation Manager (m/f/d) who can lead complex transformation programs and turn strategic vision into measurable business outcomes. You are not just advising from the sidelines; you are embedded with clients and internal teams, shaping direction, execution, and impact. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning business goals with operational execution while guiding stakeholders through change.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Business Analysis: Assess current operations, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state operating models.
Change Management: Develop and execute change strategies to support adoption of new processes, systems, and structures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main liaison between executive leadership, client teams, and internal consultants.
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and monitor transformation progress using data-driven insights and reporting frameworks.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, or corporate transformation roles, including leadership responsibilities.
Track Record: Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation or operational improvement projects.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, structure complex problems, and develop actionable recommendations.
Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior executives.
Mindset: Highly structured, results-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced consulting environments.
