We are looking for a Senior Strategy and Transformation Manager who will lead high impact transformation initiatives across multiple industries. This role goes beyond planning, you will drive execution, align stakeholders, and ensure that strategic visions translate into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with senior leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor in complex decision making environments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with client objectives, market trends, and operational realities.
Program Leadership:
Lead large scale transformation programs from design to execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Operational Excellence:
Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve performance, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with senior executives and key decision makers, providing clear recommendations and building strong working relationships.
Change Management:
Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
7+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, or corporate strategy roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.
Leadership:
Proven experience managing cross functional teams and delivering results in fast paced environments.
Communication:
Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Mindset:
Results driven and pragmatic, able to balance strategic vision with execution discipline.
