About the Role:

Vertex Bridge Consulting is a strategy and technology advisory firm helping enterprises navigate complex transformation challenges across digital, operational, and organizational domains. We work closely with senior leadership teams to define clear direction and turn strategy into measurable execution.

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) who can lead strategic engagements with enterprise clients, shape transformation roadmaps, and translate ambiguous business problems into structured, executable solutions. This role is not purely advisory—you will be deeply involved in framing decisions, guiding implementation, and ensuring outcomes are achieved.

You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology enablement, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Problem Solving:
Lead structured analysis of complex business challenges and develop clear, actionable recommendations.

Transformation Design:
Build end-to-end transformation roadmaps that align business objectives with operational and technology capabilities.

Client Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting decision-making at executive level.

Business Performance Analysis:
Assess organizational performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvement strategies backed by data.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with delivery teams, analysts, and technical experts to ensure strategies are feasible and implementable.

Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic positioning and client recommendations.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years in management consulting, strategy consulting, or digital transformation roles.

Analytical Strength:
Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop logical, data-driven solutions.

Client Leadership:
Experience working directly with senior executives and leading client workshops or presentations.

Business & Technology Awareness:
Understanding of enterprise systems, digital ecosystems, and modern transformation approaches.

Communication Skills:
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.

Languages:
English (C1 required). Additional languages are a plus depending on client portfolio.

Mindset:
Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-focused. You are comfortable operating in fast-moving, client-facing environments.

Pay: ﷼22,000.00 - ﷼36,000.00 per month
