About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Senior Strategy Consultant to help organizations solve complex business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking, data-driven problem solving, stakeholder management, and operational execution across multiple industries and business functions.

The ideal candidate is experienced in leading strategic projects, advising executive stakeholders, conducting market and competitive analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic consulting engagements across growth, operations, transformation, market expansion, and organizational strategy
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business diagnostics
• Develop strategic recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic planning sessions
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and implementation roadmaps
• Partner with leadership teams to identify operational inefficiencies and growth opportunities
• Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure timely delivery of client engagements
• Support business development initiatives, proposals, and client relationship management
• Track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or related fields
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with strategic frameworks, financial analysis, and market assessment methodologies
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business intelligence tools
• Experience working with executive and C-level stakeholders preferred

Pay: QAR86.00 - QAR138.00 per hour
