Key Responsibilities
Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute product and business strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Cross Functional Leadership: Work with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure unified execution of initiatives
Market Analysis: Identify opportunities through research, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor outcomes, and adjust strategy based on measurable results
Stakeholder Communication: Present strategic plans and progress updates to executives and key clients
Process Optimization: Improve internal workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and scalability

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 6 plus years in strategy, consulting, product management, or business operations with leadership exposure
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills across technical and non technical teams
Execution Mindset: Comfortable working in fast moving environments with shifting priorities
Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred
Mindset: Structured thinker who can balance long term vision with practical execution

Pay: ﷼14,000.00 - ﷼16,000.00 per month
