1 Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.

2 Developing and managing digital models of building structures using BIM software.

3 Conducting clash detection analysis to identify and resolve any issues between different building systems.

4 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5 Coordinating with all other Disciplines.

6 Conduct regular BIM audits and quality control checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance

7 Facilitate BIM training and professional development for personnel.

8 Ensure that BIM deliverables are completed on time and meet project specifications and standards
