Senior Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, industrial, and high-rise projects, with extensive experience working in the UAE market and authorities’ requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of total structural design experience
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in structural design consultancy
• Strong knowledge of:
• RCC and steel structure design
• UAE building codes and international standards
• Authority approvals and coordination
• Proficiency in structural design software such as:
• ETABS
• SAFE
• STAAD Pro
• SAP2000
• Revit Structure
• Experience in design review, value engineering, and project coordination
• Ability to lead design teams and coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders
• Excellent technical reporting and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and reports
• Lead structural design development for various projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, regulations, and authority requirements
• Conduct design optimization and technical evaluations
• Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities when required
