The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer with strong expertise in reinforced concrete and high-rise structural systems to join our Structure Department in Ras El Hekma – RAK .

What You’ll Do

• Lead the structural design and review of reinforced concrete systems for high-rise and large-scale developments.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, design models, and construction drawings while ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify design discrepancies and provide effective engineering solutions in coordination with architectural and electromechanical disciplines.
• Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software for concrete structures.
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and design deliverables to ensure quality and constructability.
• Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders on a weekly basis to align on progress, technical modifications, and project requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team development.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and HSE regulations across all project phases.
• Prepare and submit technical reports and design progress updates to management.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in structural design, with a strong focus on reinforced concrete and high-rise concrete structures.
• Unlimited Classification/Unlimited License Certificate is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of international structural codes and standards, particularly ACI 318 and ASCE 7.
• Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Revit.
• Strong technical expertise in concrete analysis, structural detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to quality, precision, and safety.
