Job Description:-

• Project Supervision: Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring all activities are performed according to the project plan and timelines.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of site engineers, foremen, and workers, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction work meets specified quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and prepare detailed progress reports for management and stakeholders, addressing any issues that may affect timelines or quality.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues that arise during the project.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a related degree.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Candidates preferred from Mumbai only.
• Experience in RCC & Finishing must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale residential projects
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
