Civil & Structural Works Supervision
- Supervise the execution of all structural and civil works, including excavation, concreting, and reinforcement placement.
- Interpret and apply complex engineering drawings and project specifications to guide site execution.
- Monitor the use and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment on-site.
- Ensure proper curing, joint treatments, and overall structural integrity.
Finishing Works Supervision
- Oversee all finishing activities, such as painting, flooring, tiling, and interior installations.
- Ensure the quality of finishes meets the highest standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate finishing work with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams for seamless integration.
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from design specifications during the final stages.
- Site and Project Management
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and accident protocols.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of supervisory experience in construction, specifically with exposure to civil and finishing works, is generally required for a senior role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Familiarity with construction management software and basic office applications.
- Soft Skills:
