Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

Hadid Retail Markets is seeking a Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to oversee supply chain operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and distribution processes within our growing retail organization in Kuwait City.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys improving operational efficiency, coordinating logistics activities, managing supplier relationships, and supporting large-scale retail operations. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain performance while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations
• Coordinate inventory movement, warehouse activities, and distribution processes
• Support supplier communication and logistics planning
• Monitor shipment schedules, inventory levels, and operational performance
• Help improve supply chain workflows and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal departments to support retail operations
• Assist with reporting, logistics tracking, and operational planning
• Maintain quality standards across supply chain activities
• Support process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives
• Build positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, retail operations, or business operations preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks and priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with inventory management or logistics coordination is beneficial
