Senior Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Plan and execute purchase orders for Industrial Bearings, Lubricants, and Power Tools.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply-related issues.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving items.
• Coordinate with warehouse for accurate stock management.

3. Demand Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales team for demand forecasting.
• Analyze historical sales data to support purchasing decisions.
• Ensure availability of high-demand SKUs.

4. Logistics & Distribution

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics.
• Coordinate with transporters and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle import documentation and customs coordination (if applicable).

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain purchase records, GRNs, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Prepare monthly supply chain reports (stock status, purchase summary, backorders).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

6. Cost Control & Optimization

• Monitor supply chain costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Optimize order quantities and freight costs.
• Support management in budgeting and forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
