Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Job Summary:
Hurtado Auto Recycling & Parts W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within our automotive recycling and parts distribution business. This role offers the opportunity to drive efficiency, improve logistics performance, and manage supplier networks in a fast-paced and growing environment in Doha. What you'll do:

• Oversee supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution
• Manage logistics planning, transportation, and delivery schedules to ensure timely operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock control and reduce waste
• Lead and mentor supply chain and warehouse teams to achieve operational targets
• Analyze data and KPIs to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes
• Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with supply chain systems or ERP software is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
