Senior Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:
Medina continues to grow as a major commercial and logistics hub, and at AIMS Workforce Logistics WLL, we are committed to building logistics operations that deliver speed, reliability, and operational excellence. We support regional transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager Logistics who can take full ownership of operational performance across our logistics network. You are not simply managing shipments; you are leading operational strategy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every stage of the supply chain runs efficiently. You will lead experienced teams, improve operational systems, and bridge the gap between business goals and day-to-day logistics execution. You are the leader who keeps operations moving while maintaining exceptional service standards and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
Lead and oversee daily logistics operations including transportation management, warehousing activities, inventory movement, and distribution planning.

Process Optimization:
Identify operational inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and develop scalable logistics strategies that improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor supervisors, warehouse personnel, and logistics coordinators while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and analyze logistics data to ensure service standards and operational targets are consistently achieved.

Vendor and Client Coordination:
Maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors, transportation providers, and key clients to ensure smooth operational delivery and service reliability.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all logistics operations comply with company procedures, regional transportation regulations, and workplace safety standards.

Stakeholder Communication:
Present operational updates, improvement initiatives, and logistics strategies to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership position.

Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience managing large operational teams and multi-site logistics activities.

Operational Knowledge:
Deep understanding of warehouse operations, transportation planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization practices.

Technical Skills:
Experience using ERP systems, warehouse management software, transportation management systems, and operational reporting platforms.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication and leadership presentation skills are required. Arabic communication skills are considered an advantage.

Problem Solving:
You are analytical, solutions-focused, and capable of making operational decisions in fast-paced business environments.

Mindset:
You are proactive and results-driven. You understand when to focus on operational efficiency, when to prioritize customer satisfaction, and how to lead teams through operational challenges.

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼28,000.00 per month
