About the Role:
At Crystal Global Logistics and Freight Solutions, we believe operational excellence is built through precision, leadership, and forward-thinking strategy. As one of the growing logistics and supply chain providers in Kuwait City, we specialize in delivering reliable freight, warehousing, and regional distribution services across the Gulf market. We are currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations while supporting our long-term regional growth plans.
In this role, you will oversee procurement coordination, inventory planning, logistics performance, and vendor management across multiple operational channels. You will work closely with executive leadership to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and strengthen supplier relationships while ensuring high service standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Leadership:
Manage daily supply chain operations including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory control while ensuring operational efficiency.
Vendor and Procurement Management:
Develop strong supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to maintain cost-effective and reliable operations.
Process Improvement:
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity, reporting accuracy, and delivery timelines.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and procurement staff while fostering accountability and collaboration.
Data and Performance Analysis:
Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and use data insights to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all logistics and supply chain activities comply with company policies, regional regulations, and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of freight operations, inventory systems, procurement strategy, and regional distribution networks within the GCC market.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate multiple priorities, and lead operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Experience using ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and advanced Excel reporting tools.
Communication:
Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for supplier and regional coordination.

You are organized, analytical, and solution-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency with long-term business growth while maintaining high service quality.
Pay: KD1,500.000 - KD1,950.000 per month
