Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager who has a strong background in end-to-end supply chain operations, vendor management, warehouse coordination, inventory control, and logistics execution. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with 3PL management, SKU handling, planning & forecasting, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations
• Coordinate with domestic logistics partners and supervise 3PL activities
• Implement and manage supply chain processes that ensure timely stock movement
• Analyze inventory trends and establish reorder planning and forecasting models
• Drive vendor development, negotiation, and performance tracking
• Review GRN flow, dispatch planning, tracking, and reconciliation
• Maintain reports including stock movement, supply chain KPIs, and MIS dashboards
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cost control measures, and operational accuracy
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field
• 9–12 years of experience in supply chain/warehouse/logistics operations
• Must have experience handling multiple SKUs, 3PL partners, and distribution networks
• Strong knowledge of Excel, reporting, and operational tracking tools
• Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills
• Stable work experience preferred
• Male candidate only (as per requirement)
• Immediate joiner required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
