Our Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Mathematics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain optimization, operational excellence, and planning
• Strong analytical thinking skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Experience in process design, automation, and workflow management
• Strong coordination and leadership capabilities with the ability to guide multiple teams simultaneously
• Ability to effectively collaborate with technology, data, commercial, and operations teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or in the Kocaeli region
• No travel restrictions

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop SKU-level demand forecasting and inventory planning models to improve availability, aging stock management, and inventory turnover metrics
• Conduct capacity analyses and identify potential bottlenecks in fulfillment processes to ensure sustainable operational optimization
• Build mathematical models for capacity, workforce requirements, and efficiency targets within warehouse operations
• Design and lead automation projects that balance cost, speed, and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional workgroups involving data science, product management, operations, and commercial teams to ensure aligned and effective project outcomes
• Manage strategic initiatives focused on cost optimization and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Guide the process improvement team to deliver improvement projects that drive operational excellence
