Senior Support Advisor – Series 65 Licensed

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Senior Support Advisor – Series 65 Licensed to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in providing expert support and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering strong relationships across our organization. As a Series 65 licensed professional, you will leverage your comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, client service excellence, and technical proficiency to deliver impactful solutions.   • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional support through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide detailed guidance on investment products, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards aligned with Series 65 licensing.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve client inquiries promptly, utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Workday, and HRIS systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating employee orientation sessions and explaining contractual obligations.
  • Manage internal recruiting efforts by supporting talent acquisition initiatives through ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on employee relations, performance evaluations, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Utilize social media management tools for outreach and lead generation activities to attract top talent and expand our network.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, employee data, and compliance documentation using platforms such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro.
  • Support training & development programs by coordinating sessions that enhance team skills in negotiation, sales techniques, and HR sourcing strategies.
  • Uphold employment & labor law standards while managing contracts, employee evaluation processes, and HR policies to ensure legal compliance. Experience
  • Proven experience in financial services support roles with a focus on Series 65 licensing or similar regulatory credentials.
  • Strong background in talent management, recruiting (internal and external), and HR sourcing techniques across various platforms including Lever and Paychex.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and cold calling to build rapport with clients and prospects.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms like Kronos or ADP, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law principles coupled with experience managing employee relations and contracts.
  • Experience supporting training & development initiatives along with succession planning strategies for organizational growth.
  • Ability to research industry trends and utilize social media management for lead generation and employer branding efforts. Pay: $69,885.07 - $84,162.66 per year
