What is the Main Aim of This Position?

The Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and partners.

What We Expect From You?

•To analysing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems,

•To ıntroducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments,

•To performing routine audits of systems, software and backups,

•To applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes,

•To ınstalling and configuring new hardware and software (e.g. database systems)

•To adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc,

•To answering technical queries and dealing with often frustrated users,

•To being responsibile for security, virtualization, storage management and troubleshooting any reported problems.

Why You?

• If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field. Preferably with a master's degree,

• If you have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of Information Technologies,

• If you have hands-on experience Server OS, Linux,Storage Management, Backup Management, Vmware, Server management, Cloud Services, DHCP, DNS,

• If you have strong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems,

• If you have strong knowledge of Security software, Log management tools, Database systems,

• If you have understanding of Network components management and configuration,

• If you have excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
