Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Financials, ensuring system integrity, configuration, and optimization.
  • Partner with global finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Manage and support modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, and Reporting.
  • Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials enhancements and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and automation.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and recommend relevant features to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and principles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with global teams and finance stakeholders.
  • Experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and business process design.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Workday certifications in Financials (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with Workday integrations and security.
  • Project management or change management experience.
