Senior Systems Integration Director

Job Summary:
ESGA Tech Digital Solutions KSA WLL is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Director to lead enterprise integration strategy, complex systems implementation, and cross-platform technology coordination across large-scale digital environments. This role is responsible for overseeing integration architecture, API ecosystems, enterprise connectivity, and ensuring seamless interoperability between business-critical applications and infrastructure systems. If you are an experienced enterprise technology leader with strong systems integration expertise, this is a key opportunity in Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation and enterprise IT sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead enterprise systems integration projects across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
• Define integration architecture standards, API strategies, and middleware frameworks
• Oversee integration of ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms
• Manage cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, and implementation teams
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of integrated enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align integration strategies with operational goals
• Oversee data exchange, workflow automation, and interoperability initiatives
• Manage project timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and delivery performance
• Implement governance standards for enterprise integration and system architecture
• Evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend modernization strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in systems integration, enterprise architecture, or IT transformation leadership
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, ESB platforms, and microservices architecture
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and hybrid IT environments
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data governance principles
• Enterprise integration certifications or architecture credentials are an advantage

Pay: ﷼28,000.00 - ﷼50,000.00 per month
