Urgent Hiring: Senior Tableau Consultants | Telecom Domain

We are hiring experienced Tableau professionals (6–12 years) for multiple critical and high-priority roles supporting a strategic telecom account.

These positions are business-critical and require strong functional maturity along with deep Tableau expertise.

Role Overview

We are looking for senior Tableau professionals who can combine technical excellence with strong business engagement. This role demands hands-on dashboard development along with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into impactful data stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations
• Translate business requirements into meaningful insights and reports
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
• Present insights with strong storytelling and data visualization techniques
• Ensure dashboard performance optimization and data accuracy
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams
• Support decision-making with clear, actionable data insights

Required Skills

• In-depth technical expertise in Tableau (dashboard design, performance tuning, data blending, calculated fields, LOD expressions)
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
• Good understanding of the Telecommunications domain
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments

Experience

• 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in BI / Analytics / Tableau
