Position Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead all recruitment efforts for our healthcare, transportation, and administrative divisions. This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, building talent pipelines, and supporting company growth through effective workforce planning.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in high-volume recruiting environments. This individual will work closely with company leadership to identify staffing needs and ensure positions are filled with qualified, mission-focused professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage recruitment efforts across multiple business divisions, including healthcare, transportation, administration, operations, and leadership positions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support company growth and workforce needs.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, community outreach, networking events, referral programs, and partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor recruiters and recruitment support staff.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and create hiring plans.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity, candidate flow, time-to-fill, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Strengthen the company's employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support employee retention initiatives and workforce development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, transportation, home care, logistics, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and workforce planning preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
