We are hiring a results-driven Senior Recruitment Specialist with over 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the Software and IT industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.

Effectively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter tools, job boards, social media platforms, and internal talent databases.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows within the ATS.

Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.

Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely feedback and a smooth hiring experience.

Monitor and report recruitment metrics regularly to the HR team and leadership.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.

At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a Software or IT company.

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing and candidate engagement.

Strong proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment workflow management.
