The Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting core HR functions in compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies. The role focuses on attracting, selecting, and retaining qualified talent across real estate and construction-related functions, while ensuring effective HR operations, employee relations, and workforce development aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction roles, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads to fulfil manpower requirements in line with organizational structure and project timelines.
- Ensure HR operations and employment practices comply with UAE Labour Law, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and disciplinary procedures.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, handling HR queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, training, and employee development programs.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, reports, recruitment metrics, and strict confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably within real estate, construction, or property development.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
