Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

What will you do?

You will work alongside the Regional Recruitment Manager to help Sener deliver next-gen landmark projects across Middle East & Africa while being based in Sener's MEA Headquarters in Abu Dhabi. You will bring industry-specific expertise to independently deliver high-quality results in an efficient manner while mentoring junior team members.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

At least 9-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a never-say-never attitude while living and breathing TA. You will need experience either in rail & metro or civil engineering industries.

It will be nice if you also possess experience in areas such as employer branding, graduate recruitment and development, and TA projects and process improvement.
