Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
• Coordinate candidate communication and provide a positive recruitment experience from application through onboarding.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance TheChefz’s presence in the job market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform strategies.
