Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sener has ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond and is expanding its Middle East & Africa talent acquisition team. Come join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and work with driven individuals who revel in consistently delivering high quality results.

What will you do? You will work alongside the Regional Recruitment Manager to help Sener deliver next-gen landmark projects across Middle East & Africa while being based in Sener's MEA Headquarters in Abu Dhabi. You will bring industry-specific expertise to independently deliver high-quality results in an efficient manner while mentoring junior team members.

What do you need to succeed in this role? At least 9-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a never say never attitude while living and breathing TA. You will need experience either in rail & metro or civil engineering industries.

It will be nice if you also possess experience in areas such as employer branding, graduate recruitment and development, and TA projects and process improvement.
