Senior Tax and Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Tax and Regulatory Compliance Manager who can lead compliance operations while building efficient, transparent, and scalable regulatory frameworks. This is not a back-office reporting role. You will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring our clients remain compliant while identifying opportunities to strengthen operational performance and reduce regulatory risk.

You will lead a highly capable compliance and finance team, working closely with executive stakeholders, auditors, and external authorities. The ideal candidate understands how to balance technical accuracy with commercial awareness in a fast-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance Leadership:
Oversee company-wide tax compliance and regulatory reporting activities while ensuring alignment with Kuwait laws, financial standards, and internal policies.

Risk Management:
Identify compliance risks, conduct internal reviews, and implement corrective action plans that improve operational controls and reduce exposure.

Financial Reporting Oversight:
Lead the preparation and review of tax filings, compliance reports, audit documentation, and regulatory submissions with a high degree of accuracy.

Team Leadership:
Mentor and manage compliance and finance professionals. Conduct performance reviews, support professional development, and maintain high operational standards across the department.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, regulatory agencies, tax consultants, and internal executive leadership regarding compliance matters.

Process Improvement:
Develop and improve internal compliance systems, reporting workflows, and operational procedures to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7+ years of experience in tax, finance, audit, or regulatory compliance roles, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management position.

Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance, financial reporting standards, risk management practices, and regulatory procedures within Kuwait or GCC markets.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex compliance matters clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership Ability:
Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced professional environment.

Pay: KD1,500.000 - KD2,000.000 per month
