Your Role For Senior Tax Manager:

As a Tax Manager at BAC, you’ll play a crucial role in our firm's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing Financials and Tax Returns
• Preparing complex Tax Returns
• Understanding the taxability of employee benefits
• Working closely with our Implementation team to ensure client success
• Providing tax strategy and planning advice
• Assisting the Chief Visionary with tasks and special projects
• Maintaining positive client relationships and experiences
• Act as an internal tax leader, supporting employees with real-time technical guidance and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years of Tax experience
• Bachelor’s degree (experience highly valued)
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Experience with Apple computers is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
• Strong relational skills and patience
• Desire to work directly with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excitement to grow, learn, and do more
• Trustworthy, reliable, professional, and a self-starter
• Strong organizational skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
