Senior Tax Resolution Case Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Resolution Case Manager to join our team. This is a customer service focused position. As a Senior Tax Resolution Case Manager, you will be responsible for helping clients throughout their tax resolution journey with us.

This position requires professionalism while delivering exceptional service. You will be communicating updates via call, email and text, collecting necessary documents for services being performed, updating clients on the status of their case, working within our CRM and other tools to complete and update tasks and other day to day client management tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure clients are updated regarding their tax matter.
  • Identify and address any potential issues or concerns for continued client satisfaction.
  • Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct client audits and review each case in detail to make sure appropriate follow-up has occurred.
  • Manage any billing questions or issues with client.
  • Document calls, communications and case status changes using the company CRM.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of tax resolution (or equivalent) case management or customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
  • Possess excellent computer (GSuite, Microsoft Office).

Education and/or Experience:

Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, however, it is not always necessary.

Relevant work experience can be substituted for a degree.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
