Senior Team Leader - Sales Floor

Position: Team Leader / Team Manager – Retail Sales

Location: UAE (Travel to all Sharaf DG store locations required)

Experience Required: 5+ years in electronics/accessories retail, preferably with team-handling experience in Sharaf DG

Reporting To: Management

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Team & Store Management

1. Lead and manage the performance of promoters across 25+ Sharaf DG stores

2. Ensure twice-monthly visits to each store for field check-ins, performance review & stock verification

3. Conduct regular Google Meet sessions with promoters to share goals, feedback, and motivation

4. Guide, support, and discipline the team as required to maintain performance standards

Sales Pushing & Assortment Management

1. Track and review sales of each promoter and store on a regular basis

2. Push low-performing promoters and SKUs that are stuck in assortment despite earlier demand

3. Create structured follow-up plans and progress mapping to improve overall sales figures

Inventory & Stock Coordination

1. Monitor stock levels at each location and ensure availability of top-selling items

2. Coordinate with purchase and supply chain teams for timely stock flow

3. Help reduce stock aging and optimize product rotation

Recruitment Support & Team Building

1. Work with HR team on manpower planning, hiring, and backfills

2. Utilize own network for referrals, especially in urgent or critical gaps (e.g., absconded staff)

3. Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new team members

Reporting & Performance Review

1. Prepare detailed sales reports in Excel (SKU-wise, promoter-wise, store-wise)

2. Participate in regular sales review meetings with management

3. Present challenges, observations, and solutions to improve sales outcomes

Key Skills Required:

1. Strong leadership and team supervision skills

2. Experience managing multiple retail locations

3. Knowledge of electronics/accessories retail sales

4. Excellent communication and coordination across departments

5. Proficiency in Excel and online reporting tools

6. Result-oriented mindset with accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
