Senior Technical Architect

The Senior Technical Architect will play a crucial role in managing technical projects, designing data models and architectures, and implementing technical solutions. This hands-on role requires a senior-level professional capable of transforming broad, ambiguous requirements into effective, working solutions. The architect will serve as a SME for client data and help architecture solutions to meet the needs of EHRM. The architect should have extensive experience with Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, PowerBI, and the .NET Framework, data modeling/architecture, software development methodologies, API integrations, MS Azure, MS Power Platform and general web technologies.

The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for developing and adhering to project schedules, driving technical solutions to completion, troubleshooting issues, and training team members on the implemented solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain data models and architectures that support business objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Ensure data architecture standards and best practices are followed. Optimize data structures for performance, reliability, and scalability. Create comprehensive documentation for data models, architecture designs, and data flow diagrams.
• Architect and implement technical solutions using Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, MS Power Platform, PowerBI, and .NET Framework. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, refining solutions as needed. Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and processes. Assist in training team members on new systems and solutions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Establish and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
