Senior Technical Content Engineer ( Male only )

Senior Technical Content Engineers (TCEs) are key contributors intellectual Works mission of delivering world-class tech education. They excel at breaking down complex engineering topics into simple, engaging learning experiences. As a TCE, you will create interactive technical courses, collaborate with subject matter experts, and help shape the future of Intellectual Works course strategy.

This role is ideal for strong engineers who love teaching, writing, and helping others learn cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities1. Create Technical Courses

• Research, plan, and produce interactive text-based courses with hands-on coding exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios for engineering audiences.
• Review courses produced by peers to ensure they meet Intellectual Works technical, editorial, and engagement standards.
• Provide clear, respectful, and actionable feedback to authors.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to guide course strategy and maintain relevance for learners.

2. Build Expertise on IntellectualWorks Platform

• Become highly proficient with Intellectual Works course development platform to create advanced interactive content.
• Guide internal and external course authors on fully utilizing platform features.
• Recommend new platform features or improvements and work with product teams through the prioritization, design, and implementation stages.

3. Develop People & Leadership Skills

• Mentor junior content engineers and new hires.
• Participate in recruitment efforts, including campus hiring and technical interviews.
• Lead internal training sessions, knowledge-sharing meetings, and content development workshops.

About You

• A strong hands-on software engineer with a passion for learning and teaching new programming languages, tools, and technologies.
• Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts clearly, simply, and elegantly.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident presenter, comfortable speaking with individuals and groups of varying technical backgrounds.
• Practical experience with multiple programming languages or technologies, such as:

C++, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, SQL, Bash, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, etc.
