Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Designer with a strong background in babywear product design and development. The ideal candidate should be skilled in fit correction, digital design tools, and babywear safety standards — ensuring every garment is both comfortable and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and correct fit samples.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, size charts, and specifications.
• Approve samples for production (fit, construction, and quality).
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams.
• Ensure fabrics, trims, and construction align with babywear safety norms.
• Maintain digital libraries, version control, and tech pack databases.
• Stay updated with global babywear trends, comfort innovations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of babywear fabrics, trims, and safety standards.
• Proven experience in fit correction and sample approvals.
• Proficiency in digital design and pattern development tools such as Gerber, Optitex, CLO3D, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Excellent technical understanding of garment construction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
