Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of automation projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Innovation and R&D: Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in automation and smart systems.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored automation solutions that exceed expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices to ensure the highest level of technical performance and reliability.
• Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications in automation or project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in automation, engineering, or related technical fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale automation projects across various industries.
• Skills:
• Expertise in automation technologies, control systems, robotics, and IoT.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex technical projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.

Pay: AED45,000.00 - AED60,000.00 per month
