Senior Technical Instructor

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Instructor located in Cairo, Egypt, with travel across GCC. The Senior Technical Instructor will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering technical training programs in compute and storage domains. They will design instructional materials, conduct training sessions, assess program effectiveness, and provide feedback. Additionally, they will be responsible for mentoring junior trainers, staying updated with industry standards, and collaborating with other departments to identify training needs.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate would have between 8 to 12 years of experience in IT (on-premise or private cloud)
• Ability to deliver sessions in Arabic (primary) and English (secondary)
• Experience in HPE technologies (storage and compute) is a big plus
• Very strong technical skills, and hands-on professional
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong ethics and compliance-first attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is a must
