About the Role:
Innovations Engineering & Technology Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Technical Operations Manager to oversee engineering operations, technical project execution, and systems performance in Kuwait City. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, managing cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of engineering and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Operations Leadership: Oversee end-to-end technical and engineering operations across projects
• Project Execution: Manage planning, implementation, and delivery of engineering and technology solutions
• Process Optimization: Improve operational workflows, system efficiency, and technical performance
• Systems Management: Ensure reliability and scalability of engineering systems and infrastructure
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in technical delivery, compliance, and safety
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Team Leadership: Lead engineers, technical specialists, and operations personnel

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in technical operations, engineering management, or similar roles
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and operational management capabilities
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in engineering services, technical solutions, or infrastructure projects
• Leadership: Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex operations
